Order Cancellation Policy

At The Americans Jacket, we process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following policy.

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

2. Cancellations After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or prepared for shipment. Cancellation requests may therefore be subject to a 35% processing fee.

After 48 hours, a 50% processing fee may apply.

3. Cancellation Deadline

Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once an order has been shipped.

4. Already Shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, you may receive a refund by returning the item according to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

The item must meet the return requirements before a refund can be issued.
