1. Order Processing & Shipping Times
Our goal is to get your jacket to you in the shortest time possible. Please note the following timeframes:

Handling Time (Processing): 2–4 Business Days (Monday to Friday). (Includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging).

2. Shipping Costs
We believe in full transparency. All shipping costs are calculated and shown at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s official website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Delivery Address & Changes
- Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@theamericansjacket.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship our premium jackets worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
