Within 24 Hours

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. If the order has not entered processing, we will provide a full refund.

After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or prepared for shipment. Cancellation requests may be subject to a 35% processing fee.

After 48 hours, a 50% processing fee may apply if the order has already entered processing.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return according to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, applicable FTC requirements will apply, including the customer’s right to cancel and receive a prompt refund when required.
