Return & Exchange Policy

As a dedicated brand, our mission is to provide every customer with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. That’s why we’ve established a transparent and fair return and exchange policy.
Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the product doesn’t meet your expectations or fit properly.
Conditions:
- — Item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- — Report any defective or incorrect item within 2 working days of delivery, along with photo proof.
Size Issues
- — If the delivered size matches our size chart, but the fit isn’t right due to customer error, we still accept exchanges, but 50% of the product cost will be charged to process it.
- — If the sizing mistake is on our part, we cover the full cost of exchange, including shipping.
- — Contact us within the 30-day window for best support.
We encourage all customers to carefully check our size chart before placing an order.
Shipping Costs
- — Initial shipping is free.
- — Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- — If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customized Orders
- — Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- — These are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.
- — Items with removed tags will also not be accepted for return.
Refund Process
- — Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
- — Funds may take 5–14 banking days to appear, depending on your provider.
- — Refunds are issued as store credit only, and only to the original payment method.
- — Refunds are applicable only to non-customized products.
Additional Terms
- — No returns/exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind.
- — Defective/wrong items must be reported within 2 working days with photo proof.
- — Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
- — Refunds only apply to non-customized items after inspection.
